Every room smell smoking.
very good value for money hotel. well located..100 metres from beach and close to all sorts of entertainment and shops. excellent breakfast and spacious comfortable rooms.
A GREAT PLACE TO STAY
I Have stayed here 3 times now! My only complaint was the excessive noise early in the morning from the rebuilding of the new hotel wing! My room was clean and the air con very good! The room was cleaned everyday and fresh clean bed linen and towels were replaced daily as was the bottled water.
The staff were friendly and polite and i enjoyed the thai food from the allday cafe. Kong the waiter was an absolute star he was very friendly :-) The concierge even arranged for my car back to the airport. all in all a great stay! Thankyou :-)
SUNSHINE HOTEL PATTAYA
We found the Sunshine Hotel very clean, the staff were always friendly and efficient and helpful to our needs. I have stayed there before and like the close proximity to everything, the beach, shopping and entertainment. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing the same. Location is good, yet room tiny
I picked up this hotel due to the location, but did not realize a major part of it is under renovation which made the service deteriorated! Believe it'd be much better after that!
Room was very small, no view from window other thatn into another balcony about 2 feet away and very noise due to construcon. I only stayed one nihgt and moved to a better hotel at same price

the hotel was having building work done so it was like sleeping on a building site, the staff were great , but spoilt my holiday with all the noise from builders

I have stayed here 4 times now and would book again. I come to Unwind ,Drink, Eat and Medica care on Soi 4. Hotel Staff has taken good care of me.
long weekend
very good value for money hotel. half the price of the hotel we usually stay at across the road. The only thing I would have liked was a kettle, we English like a cup of tea every 2 hours. We tend to visit Pattaya every 6 weeks so we will return to Sunshine
