My friends and I stayed 3 nights...
My friends and I stayed 3 nights at Sunshine Vista hotel. Staff, Service, Security all excellent. Price fantastic and as mentioned earlier rooftop bar/pool very good. Rooms good size, close enough to beach & best beer bars at Pattaya. Put simply, you go to Pattaya you stay at Sunshine Vista. Guest friendly if book double room. Staff treat you like they want you to come back - and I will.

We spent 7 days in Pattaya and our stay at the Sunshine Vista hotel was wonderfull and we are recomending it to our work mates.
The price is unbelievably good for the standard of the hotel.
The staff were freindly and guests were weclomed.
The buffet breakfast finished at 10am we were usually the last to eat and had plently to choose from. The drinks in the roof top bar were cheap, no need to go out if your warn out from shopping.

The Sunshine Vista hotel is quite new and very comfortable compare with the price. All the staffs are very nice and helpful (also the security). I sugguest only to clean the floor in the room with water every 2 or 3 days. that's perfect. Anyway, very good.

No problems whatsoever, the Sunshine Vista hotel was good, Staff very friendly and kind, Good pool and gym on upper floors, The room was very good compared to its value for money, I will certainly stay there again and recommend SunShine Vista to anyone planning a trip to Pattaya.

Very nice rooms, walk-in rates are much higher, so I advice to book through the internet. No vieuw to speak of, about 500 m from the beach. Good location in a quiet soi, opposite the well known Welkom Inn. Big C shopping center and soi 2 beer bars in walking distance.
One remark; I made a phone call with a prepaid card, at checkout they charged me for an international call although they don't get charged for this call.
Otherwise no complaints about the Sunshine Vista Hotel, Pattaya.

The Sunshine Vista in Pattaya, is a Good Hotel with good facilities for the price. Good location, staff and breakfast. Walls in the rooms a bit thin so can be a little noisy.
