Under no circumstance, will I stay the hotel again. First image of the hotel was not bad and I slept in a standard room, but when I entered the hotel, I had experienced horribly poor service, sandy floor, and blocked drain. Though I originally booked 3 days, I only stayed 1 night and checked out. However, the hotel charged me for 2 nights.

I have been staying in this Hotel more than 3 times I realy love the the staff they are so nice the rooms are so clean the location is wonderful I will always stay there while being in pattaya no coments at all thanks to asiarooms.com for all the good job you do

I was very pleased with my stay.
One negative experience was the receptions staff's reluctancy to help when I wanted to extend my stay with 2 days. All in all, the reception staff was not a positive factor. But the rest of the staff was execellent

Good value for the money, but go for a superior/deluxe room. I had deluxe and it was fine with elctric kettle/micro/crockery. Very nice & polite staff and service. Nice roof swimming pool. Good breakfast too. No probs with guests, but, although very quite, a bit too far from the Walking St. Can cost up to 50baht+ pp when returning late in the night. Recommend for families and budget travellers.

Nice & clean hotel. so close to the Central Festival center (The biggest shopping center) . But not so close to the beach, good for family staying and for small beget travelers.
This being my first time to Thailand...
This being my first time to Thailand I did not know what to expect but I was very pleasantly suprised. The room was very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location was close enough to the beach and night life for easy access but far enough away to relax. The restaurant in the hotel was quite nice. I will definately stay here on my next visit.
I like the location as it is...
I like the location as it is very nice to the shopping and eatery areas. Given the rates paid, it is value for money. The room is big and clean, the best part is the toilet is separated with the bath and shower. It has two showering facilities within a bathroom. It is a luxury as I went with two other friends and we saved a lot of time on waiting to use the bathroom. Two thumbs up!!!

Thank you all for making our stay a plesant & a memorable one.everything was perfect - the room, bathroom,close to the beach,away from those noisy & dirty night clubs & bars,near to shopping malls like big c,quite & clean place.only the breakfast was o.k not really excellent but value wise this place was wonderful.will definitely stay there again if I wish to relax my self completely.
