very nice hotel with friendly staff especially at the reception. nice and cosy room with nice atmosphere. maybe can improve to provide conditioning and fans in the lobby. nice lobby but too stuffy. other than that, we love staying there.

had a fantastic 2 weeks stay at the areca lodge nice big room very clean and comfortable well serviced with very friendly staff , 2 great swimming pools internet access and room service was exellent .

This is a very good hotel, at...
This is a very good hotel, at least if you stay in a room with pool view (i.e. not the cheapest rooms). It is quite central, but still no disturbing noice. It takes about ten minutes to walk down to the beach road and about 20 minutes to walk to the walking streets. There are a lot of good "Bar Beer" right outside of the hotel, and the staff have a very friendly attitude if you want to bring a house guest with you.
The two pools are really good and clean and the service and attitude from all of the staff is really great! The brekfast is good, also for "fahrang"

I liked this hotel. About a 20 min walk to Walking Street though. Nice pool and outside bar. Everything was fine, clean and no compliants. I would recommend it.
