Great value hotel
Hotel is clean, new carpet, great view of the ocean form the balcany. Food is good at breakfast and the location is close to everything Pattaya has to offer. Only thing that could be improved is to have a safe in the room. Valuables are stored in safes in the lobby.

My first time here, was enjoyable, few problems though,
i reserved a room and was not available so I was put into a next higher room.
maids friendly..but i wrote message on table (in dust) and she never cleaned.
breakfast was normaly there but cold...Staff all were exceptionaly friendly.

This was the third time I stayed at this hotel. The location is OK, actually not far from the beach or walking street and very convenient for the Royal Garden Plaza. The food is OK and there are lots of restaurants withn 5 minutres walking distance anyway. The staff were helpful; allowing me to increase my stay by one day with no hassle, and also locating my companion's moderately expensive watch which was left overnight by the swimming pool. Can't think of any negative aspects to report.

i have stayed at this hotel over the recent years and have found it in a good location set a back from the main road with a huge entrance area,car and motor bike parking with good security,and gated at night ,and within walking distance of most desired places,the lobby is for me amazing so old fashion,dates prob from the seventy s,marble floors ,very high ceilings and so spacious,the staff are really polite and quite friendly ,no safe box in the room but boxes in the lobby not a real problem,pool side is very good with cafe services avail,as i say this hotel is a bit dated now but still ok ,the only down side is the bathroom where i feel if updated would improve the services ,generally clean ,and well presented,for the price it will fit most travelers pocket ,the b/fast is average buffet,all types of people stay there ,couples and familys,singles too,value for money,cant beat it

Great Hotel with good facilities. Perfect room size with comfortable bed and breakfast to kill. In my opinion a perfect location for most facilities as well as a short walk to Walking St.Huge pool to add to existing amenities. Only downside, was a surcharge for Internet which a hotel of this magnitude should provide free. However, having said that, charge was only 100 Thai Baht for 24 hrs in the room. Safety deposit boxes available only at reception and not in room.

This hotel is right at the top of average - not great, but really good value. Lucky breakfast as the price would not represent good value - but OK as an inclusion. Certainly the best of the 3 in that grouping in Pattaya.

Hotel was ok , doorman never really opened the door for you, it was full of package tourists i.e japanese and chinese dropped off en mass to and from the hotel the pool was nice , the room ok but i soon found out it was over priced
Theres a joiners charge for bringing a lady friend back to your room of 300 bht everytime no matter if it the same girl it gets a bit annoying espeecially if u book for 2 people it doesnt matter they dont care u have to pay everytime, i would not stay here again due to this and the fact that the rooms are way to over priced for what u get , u can get an equivalent for like 1000bht instead of paying 1500
the staff are good though the breakfast really is not worth waking up for .....
