Very good hotel. I would definitely recommend this property. I believe the breakfast buffet could be improved. But, I was able to request an omelette, and it was made exactly how I requested, as well as steamed rice. Last issue, the hotel told me they wanted to charge me 5% more, because I was using an AMEX card. They waited several hours to tell me this, when they called me in my room. I explained to them that there was nothing in the AsiaRooms.com agreement that stated that I would be required to pay this 5%. I also said, why didn't you tell me when I checked in, as I also have a VISA and Mastercard, or even cash. I also would like the internet to be continuous in the room, not one hour at a time by free coupons. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future,as it is much nicer than many other hotels in Pattaya, but maybe they could smooth out a couple of things!!
