Complimentary bus transfer to main street available 24 hours a day was brilliant. Staff very friendly but on arrival was a delay of luggage to room and deluxe room facilities not available - sorted eventually. Breakfast choice excellent but staff started to clear away breakfast foods just after 10.30am so felt a little bit rushed. A lovely, lovely hotel, rooms were spacious, reception, front of hotel and outdoor areas/pool were lush and tropical and well maintained. View not brilliant from room if staying at front of hotel.
