This hotel has a lovely warm decor and it is spotlessly clean. Big thumbs up. However, the Deluxe rooms are very small and the bathroom even smaller (a bad joke). The balcony is also tiny and the room is a little claustrophobic though very clean. At least the in-room safe is big enough for a laptop. Location is not bad. It is a long ways down Soi 15, 2nd Road (which is rather creepy at night) but they do run a free Tuk-tuk and taxi to take you from the hotel to the 2nd Road. Without that you wouldn't stay here. After that you are very close to Walking Street. Breakfast choice is poor but the dining area overlooking the pool is delightful and well landscaped. The laundry service is ok but costs about twice as much as other hotels. Room price is good until you add the laundry charges. For that you may as well stay in a better hotel. However, I will be returning to the hotel next week as despite the negatives I liked it alot.
this was our second stay at this hotel since december. fantastic will be returning again soon. room brilliant, lovley pool, staff verry friendly. the tuk tuk service to the town center still excellent.
Except the washroom is rather small and water is not hot enough, I think this hotel is real good :)
I am so pleased about their service, always friendly and helpful, their 24 hrs tuk tuk free car is so convenience, whenever I went to out side of the hotel, their car was immediately stood by already~~
If I have a chance, I must stay there again!
this hotel is more like 3 star opposed to 4 star.
the bathroom is very small and location is very poor, everytime i had breakfast it was always cold.
the staff were very friendly in perticular receptionist called nan, shon and nop from the bar.
i will never stay there as it is to far from everything although there is a free taxi service to town.
I am satisfied with all the service ..and facilities your hotel provided .If i travel again will choose your hotel .Only the beach is not next to us that make me a bit dispointed .Overall is absolutely good .Thanks
Perfect Hotel. Bed is a little bid on the hard size. A/C was perfect. Nice swimingpool and perfect hotelservice. Breakfast was perfect and restaurant served quality food. I'm coming back for sure.
