I stayed there for seven nights for a conference that I went to in Pattaya. If you were the first time visitor to Pattaya, the Mercure would be a good choice for you. It is close to the town and actions. Staff members at Mercure are very friendly. I had a good time there. The only thing I was not very happy with is the bathroom. It only has shower no bath, whereas I prefer to have a bath after a day's adventure.
I stayed in the hotel on 01/04/2006 for 2 nights. The balcony in the room is nice and the room is clean. Though the hotel is a bit far from the main road, shuttle car running 24-hrs between the hotel and Pattaya Second Road is very convinent.
The hotel and the rooms are clean and tidy. The service is good. Although the hotel is not near to the town center, it is quite convenient to take the 24-hour shuttle bus down to the main road.

Very dissapointing considering that this hotel has only been open less than 6 months. The room was far inferior to the Mercure Hotel at Sukhumvit Soi 22 Bangkok, where I have stayed many times which is a superb hotel. The room in Pattaya was very basic and the bathroom extremely small. There was still building dust everywhere in the hotel. Would not stay here again!
the stay at your hotel was very good will definatley be returning again the shuttle bus service to the town was excellent , pool was very impressive , and so was the room and balcony .
