Tiny room. well equiped. Service smilly but...
Tiny room. well equiped. Service smilly but front desk stressed. Far from everything. Taxi agreement to charge 100thb for 500m course. Touc touc service free to reach the main street but what about the return? I asked a room for 2 or 3 weeks ( business) with 3 collegues arriving. Then they gave me a city view room!! with rate as we can get thru internet.. not commercial... So many hotels in Pattaya... better go somewhere else for lower or same rate... I ( and 3 guys) checked out and we've got better value for money with see view and no over taxi charge. It's a good hotel for tourist bus staying 1 night.

just opened for one week, so still...
just opened for one week, so still have a few problems-ie ... forgot to install safe in my room,so was moved (after unpacking everything!), some painting still being done, the spa and business centre not yet open, no towels for the pool. staff are very polite, if a little disorganised. location is ok if you have a motorbike or it's a very dark 10 minute walk along a dog ridden road to the bars-even on my bike I was attacked! rooms are pretty small by Pattaya standards but look very stylish and modern. overall, nice for the novalty of it being new but probably are better value places to be found, especially as now is apparently a promotion price. The Mercure Pattaya will be a good value for money.
