nice pool - noisy chinese tour groups
room ok - good shower - but beware connecting rooms and noise through doors. Like all Accor hotels, this Mercure has the tiny single beds in many rooms - geared for package tours like the bus full of noisy mainlnd chinese smoking in the hallways and shouting at each other all the time. Lifts need to be timed to keep doors open longer. Hotel is a little bit out of the way, though in a good location for south pattaya and the walking street. They have a 24 hour tuk tuk to take you to the main road (5 minute walk otherwise).Good pool and fruit drinks at pool bar. They should include b'fast but do not - 300 THB charge. A McDonalds in across the soi in the shopping centre called The Avenue - has b'fast.
Excellent as always, but service is slipping.
Stayed here with my girlfriend already four times. Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Lovely swimming pool and bright rooms, all for a decent price. On our fourth visit however, we found that the service is slipping. Personnel did what they had to, but their heart was not in it. Seems like the management needs to do some team building.

The location of the hotel is very good. The service is good, too. It is very easy to go to the shopping mall on foot. Also, the hotel provide 24 hours free [tuk-tuk service]- same as pck-up car to the main street. Although the bathroom is small (no bath-tub), the room is clean & tidy. By the way, there was only a few of choice for the breakfast. Overall, the price for the room is worth.

we stayed at this hotel for four nights at the end of our holiday in thailand,and without doubt this was the best hotel of the three we stayed in.the room was of an adequate size although we had stayed in bigger,thebathroom was excellent,my wife has a back problem and cannot get in and out of a bath easily and so she was over the moon with a walk in closet with a power shower.could do with many more coat hangers in the wardrobe.
the best part for us was the staff they were all excellent around the pool bar and at breakfast always smiling and willing to help.if i ever come back to pattaya i would seriously consider staying at this hotel.

Overall it was a good experience, Excellent location provides quiet and relaxed atmosphere and yet is close enough to all the main attractions, I would definitely stay there again.
