I have stayed in this hotel many...
I have stayed in this hotel many times and keep staying again and again,because it is a very clean, very convenient at a very reasonable price.This hotel is near to many things including beach,bars, restaurants,shopping centres(Mike and Royal Garden), Walking Street.Breakfast is good as most 3* hotels with a fair range of food.Staff is very very friendly and co-operative.I recommend this hotel highly.

staff were very friendly & helpfull, location is 2 minutes from beach, the rooms are very clean & a fare size, not the best breakfast iv had but you cant have everything, theres a cafe rite opersite that dose great food & you will fill yourself to the brim for less than £1... yes a quid... they also do your laundry, for 10 items washed & irioned was about £1.30. so id say this hotel was the ideal location you got everything you need outside the hotel in the same street from a massage to a tattoo & also a few bars, 2 shopping stores, b4 i forget the hotel has 24 hour cctv on everyfloor & the use of a free safe, there is no charge for ladies.. this hotel is on soi 10 so not to far from all the action.. walking distance...

Very enjoyable and excellent budget hotel.
With new building work ongoing the outside of the hotel needs a good clen up as one as to walk over heaps of building Materials.
Hotel staff helpful and rooms are clean.
We will stay again but this time bring our own towels as the ones supplied were dirty and very old.

Just come back from sawasdee sea view...
Just come back from sawasdee sea view hotel where i spent 17 nights and i cant fault this hotel in any way. This was the second time id stayed at the hotel the staff are very helpful and the hotel is ideally located for access to beach rd and 2nd rd, would recommend this hotel everytime and definately book with asiarooms.com

The rooms were of a larger then average size nice and clean thats providing your in the new wing of the hotel. The staff were not so frendly if you had a problem , only the young lady on night shift was helpfull , day time staff didnt want to know..... its a cheap and chearfull budget hotel... breakfast was available but not much of a choice...only sad point was you had to sit on the patio which was on the road side and not enclosed so every one walking by was able to comment.....
