Man and Woman boeked 21 nichts the luxuriouly room februari 2009, these room is very well, the standaard room these is not recommerd. Position hotel is well dense at range ectr. but no swimmingpool.

Got the superior room on the top...
Got the superior room on the top floor - lucky for me the room had a decent view. large room, clean and spacious, quiet location of hotel on Soi 10 (away from the main road, bars and discos). Only complaint was that the hot water heater in the shower kept breaking down, but that only seemed to occur in my room as my friend had no problems. Small issue, since the technician always fixed it within 5 minutes of calling the reception. Staff are friendly, no hassles with guests. good thing is the large and comfortable bed with 4 pillows, bedsheets & towels changed everyday and free drinking water replaced in the fridge.

I have been coming to this hotel...
I have been coming to this hotel for few times and the only reason isI am staying there is the loction. The price is not bad if you book thru Asiarooms but it is outragous if you book thru other provider or walk-in. Front desk people are not very friendly but some better than others but this goes for all the budget hotels in Thailand. I hope the the hotel manager keep the staff in check. Another negative point is everyone in this hotel wants to get tip!!!!.

located in good place..breakfast nothing special.. staff okay ... NO WARDROBES to put clothes . you can hang your things in bathroom !!! a bit different ...but overall good value for money.. would stay again ...

The hotel is located in a convenient place and walking distance to the beach and the 2nd road. The room is quite spacious. Very nice hotel for a budget travellers. However, if you go to a restaurant for a breakfast after 10am there are not enough food and staff do not bring more food.

The was my second time being at...
The was my second time being at Sawasdee Sea View. My review is based on the fact that I had a Deluxe-room, travellers told my that standard-rooms were poorer. When I come back to Pattaya I would again try to stay at Sawasdee Sea View. My stay ended during the time Bangkok airport was closed. However it was no problem to enlarge the stay I could stay at this hotel until I could leave Thailand. All at all: perfect.

Have stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room,...
Have stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room, the room is really big, the bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It only costs 1280Bahts per night which is included buffet breakfast. The breakfast is ok, not many chose. Location is good, just few mins walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to other people!
