This hotel is great for the budget...
This hotel is great for the budget traveller. Large, clean rooms and very close to all the attractions. One thing I found was the food directly across the road was 10 times better than the food you could buy at the hotel and 1/3 of the price. They also wash your clothes too!! But overall absolutely fantastic value for money. Thank you Sawasdee Sea View, you will definatly see me again!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was very affordable and clean. Location was good. Very near the night life, but far enoungh down the soi that the noise of the town did not become an issue. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. No problem with over night guests and no joiner fee. My only issue with this hotel is that the mini bar did not have enough Coca-cola. I drink it instead of coffee. Of course there was a market 30 meters away, so this was an really an issue. The bathroom was fine, but the drain for the sink was pretty slow. Lots of hot water and a hugh tub to soak in was great. The aircon would freeze you to death it worked so good. The TV had poor reception on many channels. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here and will stay here again the next time I'm in Pattaya.

Best hotel i had in many years....
Best hotel i had in many years. Rooms and service are better then in most 4 star hotel, food is good people are friendly. But I could not find a swimming pool that’s not bad who needs one Easy access to beach road and second road easy to go to big c and movie theatre. not far from beach bazaar bars disco very good place to stay thanks to all people who works there.

The location is good, in central pataya very close to the beach. The room was very big, clean, good bed, cold air con. bathroom was ok. There is breakfast, not the greatest but not completly bad. It was somewhat noisy in the evening from bars across the street and other guests, but not bad for pataya.

The hotel is very budget-like but it works. I wouldn't spend a long ecpected holiday there but it is a fine place if you have other purposes to be in Pattaya or is it is just a shorter stay on a longer holiday.
