The room that I stayed in was not fit for a dog. There was only 4 hangers for clothes, nowhere else to put your clothes, air con was falling apart, needed painting, so I only stayed 1 night, and I got other accommodation. Never stay there again.

The customer service was THEE worst i've ever experienced, the girl at the front desk had an attitude as soon as i walked in the door. I had to ask for towels several times, i had to ask for my room to be cleaned atleast 6 times in my 12 nights. No one was friendly at all, the housekeeper actually asked me for a tip! A tip when i have to ask you to do your job ! The breakfast was horrible !! Cold eggs and white toast everyday & they wouldn't scramble eggs even when i asked them too ! Everyone who worked there seems to hate their job. The only good part about the hotel is it's location, it's less then a block from the beach. The shower & toilet are combined, never seen that before. Although the Sea Me is more expensive it's next door & across the street from it, i'll stay there next time,it's 5star

Overall It is a nice hotel to stay in Pattaya due to proximity of Sea and other entertainment places....hope i will stay again in the future
Superb location
Hotel Sawasdee sea view is located in a superb location (soi 10) just a stone throw from the beach and a 10 minute walk to walking street ideal for those who like the night life.On the down side the standard rooms are not great so we decided to upgrade to superior which were slightly better and had most basic facilities,the staff were friendly and polite and the rooms were clean.As for the name don't expect a sea view or a balcony but overall a reasonable hotel for the price,will certainly look to be staying in the same area of Pattaya when next there.

i am very pleased to stay in sawasdee sea view.room are perfect accomodatation with all necessary thing.room are comfortable and perfectly clean.there was a safe deposit box it is great.thank swasdee n asia room.
I had booked Standard double room. The room I was shown was extremely small & hopeless. I was offered Superior room with additional BHT 300/ night. Having no option I accepted the offer.
This room was excellent in all respects. My stay was quite enjoyable.
Front Counter staff need to be more courteous and polite.
Good hotel
I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel.For a budget traveller this hotel is more than suffcient.The complimentary breakfast is excellent.Never expect a 5 star ambience for such low price.Good hotel.The only problem I found is lack of understanding of English.The reception people are not trained for that.Next time also I prefer this hotel.

the starf are vey very misable except a couple and not willing to help any one.
the room was scurffy and the wall next to the bed had rotton paint and plaster falling of and next to the bed table there was a lot of exposed wires i have took photos othis and will be complaining to head office about this hotel.
my advice to anyone avoid this hotel!!!!!!!!
i hope asia rooms passes this on to sea view as always with asia rooms no problems.

dont expect too much on seaview.is just very near to beach.location i just can say is good but hotel they reali need to renovate bit.look very old.
