I stay in this hotel a week...
I stay in this hotel a week every month and have found it to be the most conveniently located and also the most friendly staff.
The hotel decor is dated but adequate for the budget traveller.
The dining staff need to be taught to be more helpful to the customers, plus also they should be schooled in smiling, I have never seen such a dour lot.
The cleaning staff do a superb job and the front desk people are a lesson to major hotels as I have never seen them hassled and they never stop been polite and helpful.

One of the female recptionists was just simply wonderful and helpful in every way, she should be commended. The room are a little sparse and dated but clean. The bathroom could be improved but everything worked. Could do with new sheets and towels or a better laundry but on the whole not bad for the money. The downside the incessant ringing of a very high pitched telephone in the corridors. Food and service adequate and reasonably priced.
Location ok but cannot avoid the girly bars so be warned.!!!

I have stayed at the Siam Sawasdee on three occasions and have no complaints. It's not the Hilton just an affordable place that is perfect for me when I come to Pattaya. Rooms are okay and there is plenty going on close to the Hotel to keep you happy or if you prefer a short taxi ride to Walking Street.

We had enjoyed our family holidays at here. the superior room size is big with king size bed, clean and the hotel staff is friendly and good. the bathroom water temparature and shower pressure is very bad without bathtub. the lighting-bedroom is fair. however, this is a good money value, budget priced hotel to stay. the hotel location is quiet convenient for foods and near to the beach road, the Mike shopping mall, Royal Garden Plaza and walking street area.

I can recomment this hotel. For this price is it wonderful. I was in different hotels in Pattaya and I again go to this only. Its situeted in Pattaya-City, you get a big breakfast-buffet, you have a pool. The Thai-girls like this food, too. What will you more?
