GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY BUDGET HOTEL.
THE ROOM WAS DATED BUT CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.
STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
BAHT BUSES WERE VERY FREQUENT AND STOPPED OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. NEVER WAITED ANYMORE THAN TEN MINUTES.
A GOOD TEN MINUTES WALK TO THE SHOPS, BARS AND NIGHTLIFE.
This place is nice enough. My only complaints would be that the bed was very very hard, and that the head person at the front desk was not particularly friendly. It costs nothing to smile. The waitresses and other help were very nice and friendly though.
I have stayed at many establishments in Pattaya and must say for the price this hotel is superb value for money. The room itself was very nicely appointed and well maintained and inspite of previous comments regarding the bed, my girlfriend and I found it most comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and nothing seemed too much for them. We parked the car with the minimum of fuss even when coming home at unholy hours. We most definitely will stay here again. The location is actually not too far out of the way to be a major inconvenience and the few times I ventured to the action on foot presented only a minor inconvenience.

A Gem of a hotel, small but in a great location for pattaya walking street (5mins on baht bus) and/or jomtien beach (same) Rooms are good size with huge double bed, and clean bathroom. good clean pool .good food and service around pool.only drawback is its on the main road between pattaya and jomtien so may be a bit noisy for some if lying around pool (Quiet at night )
Really nice place but a bit too far out of town, about a 5 - 10 minute walk. However songathews do go past every couple of minutes and only cost 20 baht per person.
