EXCELLENT. Highly Recommend! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very big and very nice and very clean. (1 bedroom suite) Best bargain for the money. Nice BBQ buffet in the evening for @$10 USD. Close to shopping and nightlife. about a 5 minute Baht bus ride, far enough away to be peaceful. Would not stay anywhere else in Pattaya. LOVED IT!

this is the perfect hotel to stay...
this is the perfect hotel to stay in while in pattaya. it's located between jomtien beach and town, so it's away from the noise of the city but close enough to reach both very easily. the personnel are very, very nice and helpful and remembered my name after having not been there in over a year. lots of smiles always. there is an inexpensive buffet some nights which is great, there is a security officer on the grounds at night, the rooms are always clean and are huge, the pool is huge, there are just too many great things to say. I have stayed there at least 5 times and never had any problems of any kind. oh, and the price is fantastic for what you get. this is the one and only place to stay in pattaya!

Great hotel, can't wait to go back. Huge rooms with your own kitchen area, living space and seperate bedroom and all for around £25. Staff are very friendly and are always willing to help.
Plus they have a great outdoor restaraunt downstairs, which includes a BBQ buffet costing less than £5, pick your raw meat (seafood, chicken, pork, beef and more) and watch the chef cook it in front of you.
Walking Street and the Patong beach are less than a 5 minute walk away or you can get a taxi for 60 baht (90p) and the hotel has absolutely no problems with visitors. If you're coming to Pattaya to party this is the hotel for you!
