The location in very good, close to many bars and restaurants. Villa supermarket right next door. A short walk down to beach road gives access to Baht buses to take you to walking street. Some rooms have double sliding doors to the small balcony/smoking are. they should install these on all rooms as the ac compressors are rather noisy and there can be some noise from nearby bar beers. Breakfast, like many buffet affairs, is barley adequate and you are better off taking breakfast at one of the many restaurants in the area. The rooftop swimming pool with it's swim up bar and jacuzzi is very pleasant. Rooms very clean aand the bathroom with separate shower of good standard.My main criticism would be that I feel a hotel in this price bracket, wi-fi should be supplied free. Pattaya is well known for having excellent internet access and there are many hotels at much lower rates (and much lower standards of decor)that offer free wi-fi. In particular I think charging for internett access in the lobby is just plain greedy.
