Very good hotel with high standard. Very polite staff everywhere in this hotel. Also a nice swimingpool on roof. Near shoppingcenter and many places to have a good meal.

Hi! First impression of hotel is quite nice, but it keeps getting better after every day you stay there! We had Deluxe-room on 6th floor,it was nice,big enough and the best part was bathroom, yacuzzi for two(excellent place to be together :)),shower and everything just fine! We also loved pool on the roof of hotel,there you can take sun and swim only few hotelguests around you! And of course very good breakfast buffet and excellent dinners... :) Nice hotel in heart of Pattaya, our next time in Pattaya-hotel, that´s for sure! :)

the hotel was great except one thing....
the hotel was great except one thing. IN YOUR INFORMATION THEY HAD FITTNESS ROOM BUT THEY DO NOT.

Everything is nice especially the swimming pool,very relaxing there.The staffs are very friendly & helpful, and their english is good.The breakfast is acceptable but im not satisfied with it.The room is clean and the washroom are nice.At night, its quite loud even all the windows are closed as there are near the hotel.Overall,this hotel is reasonable.I definately will stay there next time!

Overall very pleasing hotel with extremely friendly staff. Only one small point for criticism: you can buy vouchers for maximum 2 hrs internet access, which makes often, or longer & continued acessibility of the internet inconvenient;

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Feels good very posh. The service is Excellent. There was even a welcome sign with my name when i arrived the lobby. Staff was very careful, even during breakfast when they spill some coffee on my coffee cup saucer. They changed it immediately when i insited it didn't really matter. Overall good.
