The bed is very large and it's sufficient for the parent and 1 child. The service is very nice and it's not far away from the walking street and the Pattaya Beach. The only concern is the out door unit of air conditioning in the balcony is a little bit noisy.

The hotel was an ideal location and...
The hotel was an ideal location and convenient to all the amenities. The sevice from the staff was 100% and the best we had ever experienced. The proprietor of the hotel (Tim) was really friendly and mingled with guests around the pool etc and asked to be informed of any problems if we had them. We will definatley look forward to going back again next year. We would consider this to be a 5* hotel.

This was a truly wonderful hotel. Clean, modern, new and friendly, with great muted, stylish colours in the rooms. Rooms were spacious, huge beds and beautiful bathrooms with large seperate shower and massive baths, many were spa's, and a stunning roof-top pool. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants, etc, but with none of it right on your doorstep as the hotel is set down a quieter side street. A few blocks from the beach, but no one found that a problem as most people have scooters anyway. I could imagine this hotel will go up in cost as it becomes better known, it's classy and a perfect oasis at the end of a crazy day in Pattaya. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 9 nights. Ideal location...
Stayed here for 9 nights. Ideal location for the middle area of Pattaya, just far enough from the busy second road to be able to sleep. There is however, building work going on around, but not too noisey. The hotel was clean, with very helpful and efficent staff. The rooftop pool was the main plus, with sun loungers and a mini-bar. Snacks/meals could also be ordered from the bar and brought to you, if requested. The only negative comments I could say were that my room safe wasn't working properly and I couldn't have a late check out, when I had requested it before arriving - hotel full?? Overall though an enjoyable stay, but a bit expensive for a not exactly quiet location.

The hotel is quite new. Breakfast OK, but the swimming pool in the roof floor is small, no life guard duty,chairs are dirty and old.

I believe it is an old hotel...
I believe it is an old hotel going through refurishment and new management because the rooms (with a huge bath tub), lobby, roof top swimming pool and cafe are very new and clean except the lift and corridors which betray the aging of the place. The staff are very friendly. As for location it is about 5 mins away from the beach and there are only a few mini bars around the corner so it is not too loud and sleazy for couples and family. However the price is a bit of the high end. I really enjoy my stay in Tim Boutique and will recommend to my friends.

The location is very convinience to the main shopping area of pattaya . It is just right next to a big shopping mail wiht the California Wow gym . The roof top pool is relax and complimentry fruit blasket at the lobby is a good treat . Rooms with Bolcany is very nice.
