New hotel, quite back street which is important, short walk to all the night life, friendly staff, great pool. What else can you ask for.

It's a clean and new,but there is a big mall is building next it now. If you open the window of your room, you must hear noise.I also did not like its swimming pool.The swimming pool is on the top floor,very smaill and deep.

I stay in this Hotel on mid Nov 06. I think this hotel was 4.5 star to me. Everywhere was clean, location was good, situated in city centre but not in main street, just a corner area but don't noisy, no other people disturb. The hotel staff were excellent, so nice, helpful and freindly. Always got nature smiles and warm welcomes everytime. The rooms are beautiful, still quite big after place 3 bed, with a small balcony, bathroom with walk-in shower and big bathtub, flexible spray is a good design. The restaurant was good, breakfast was good, this is a ordering and not a buffet.

My stay at Tim Boutique was a very enjoyable one. The reception was very warm and extremely friendly.The hotel was very clean and elegant. The spa bath in each room added a special touch to the great service at Tim Boutique. To top it off the owner personally thanked us for staying there,sweet!

This hotel was 5 star to me. Everything was absolutly clean. Its in a corner area, which makes it a good spot. Not may people no about this hotel, and once word gets out and for the price, I may have to book a room months out in the future. This hotel would be my only choice for everytime I visit Pattaya. The hotel night staff were excellent. Never gave me and my freinds problems with our guest, and were so nice and freindly. Always got smiles and warm welcomes each day. Those girls need a raise. Overall Excellent. The rooms are beautiful, and enjoyed the huge bath tub.
