As i have stayed here before and it was very good for sporting facilities, i was shocked on this occasion, i never complain about or on holiday, but i have to warn people what to expect. The first night there where cockerels outside the room, the noise started at 4am and lasted all morning, with having hardly any sleep changed rooms, the following night the electricity kept cutting out, meaning no air conditioning, on checking out asked for a discount due to what had happened, the refused. I found the staff miserable which is unusual for thailand.
Never again at this hotel!
