I stayed in the Deluxe C room...

I stayed in the Deluxe C room - Ruan Thai Pool on the 2nd floor. The room was as described - large, clean, cable TV, Mini Bar, digital safe, shower only, carpeted. Overall a good place, friendly staff and guest friendly if you bring back a lady friend for the night (i.e. no extra charge). However breakfast is not included for the extra guest even if you booked for 2 people! A few recommendations would be: 1) install hair dryers in all the rooms as standard 2) the windows in all rooms should have a net curtains for privacy. 3) The room service should be 24 hours. If the hotel management can do these little things then this would be a great hotel!

The hotel was good and staff very...

The hotel was good and staff very friendly made you feel at home.facilitys very good and Taxi pickups going past hotel every few minutes a cheap way to travel to centre of Pattaya at 10 bahts a trip. Location around bars very good.Yet quite if you want it. The only problem was building work next to hotel going on but this was kept o a min so you only heard noise after 10 am some days. Swimming pools kept in top condition.

We have booked a deluxe room for...

We have booked a deluxe room for 3 nights with my family. Our child were staying with us in the same room and we had paid for an extra bedding. We were disappointed and caught by surprise when the hotel front desk staff actually gave us a room that is undergoing renovation work. We saw workers painting the ceiling wall of our deluxe room and we were made to wait outside the room for about 15 mins before we were asked to go back to the front desk again to get another key where they allocate another room for us at another block. We were wondering why the front desk staff were unaware of the renovation. However, they did apologise. Though there were hiccups when we check-in, the staff were generally polite and helpful. The only shortfall of the room is that there is no electric kettle or coffee/tea bags in the room for the amount of room rates we are paying. Everytime we need hot water, we have to call for room service. One thing that I like about the hotel is that the food from their restaurant is excellent, location is good and the service of the carpark valet is excellent too. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.
