Great Hotel, Best Location!!!
We had a short holiday on early of May 2012 at this hotel, and we were very pleased with the room as we can see the view of the sea front(actually, you can see from every room). The hotel is situated in the best location of Pattaya and it is very easy to find. There is one comment though, internet WiFi access is extremely expensive so, customer may have to use his/her own cellphone in order to get an access to the internet. If you plan to have a short stay at this hotel, you may have to spend your time a little bit more on finding the best offers through any agencies or even booking through an internet in order to get the cheapest rate. The swimming pool is very good on the 5th floor as well as in the front of the hotel. Bellboy is very helpful, front service clerks are also very beautiful with pleasing personality. I am definitely going back to this hotel next time.
Good for children
We are very happy with swimming pool for Children that have safety and cute swimming pool for our kids, and also the swimming pool at 5th floor is very beautiful and relax with sea view.
The rooms also good we can sea view at our rooms and talking with family from terrace.

Swimming Pools,TV and funiture
The TV is year 2011 model.Brand ;LG. It is Ok to watch the programme.
The chair and table in the room are too old.
The swimming pools are too much people in the afternoon time.
The carpet in the lifts (The two lifts to upper level 20-36) have bad smell on it. - -Rubbish smell

Not four star
Definately not four star: bathroom in very poor condition.
I was satisfied with the room condition itself, but not hotel service.
I stay this hotel with my family. We were satisfied with the rooms condition itself, but air-conditioner in one room is not functioning well. The buffet breakfast was really good. The front desk staff were cooperative but not very friendly.
A nice place
The hotel is in a nice quiet area across from the beach. We had a fantastic view from our room. The room was nice but lacked a few accomodations, no chairs or table on the patio and only one chair in the room. Room service was great and we were treated very well when coming and going. I would definitely stay there again. Had a most enjoyable time.Over all service was very good.
