I was satisfied with the room condition itself, but not hotel service.
I stay this hotel with my family. We were satisfied with the rooms condition itself, but air-conditioner in one room is not functioning well. The buffet breakfast was really good. The front desk staff were cooperative but not very friendly.

A nice place
The hotel is in a nice quiet area across from the beach. We had a fantastic view from our room. The room was nice but lacked a few accomodations, no chairs or table on the patio and only one chair in the room. Room service was great and we were treated very well when coming and going. I would definitely stay there again. Had a most enjoyable time.Over all service was very good.

The hotel located in the beach front...
The hotel located in the beach front of Jomtien. the thing that we love is "Stunning sea view" in almost of rooms. if you have a car, this hotel is perfect in term of location but if not, it 's far froom Pattaya beach ... and no night life. For thai people, it's near many good thai restaurant such Lung Sawai, Poo Pen etc.. But have to improve a lot in term of service, cleaness,& breakfast. Because too less staff and they cannot control 400++ rooms and 1,000 of customers. the room is not clean, some day - they forgot to provide towel, and food is plain ... not variety.

Very good location, just across the road...
Very good location, just across the road from the beach and easy transport by Song Tao to the many restaurants in the area. Very clean, sparkling even!Two swimming pools very good, but changing facilities by pool side a bit cramped. Nice balconies to each room overlooking the sea. Children really enjoyed it especially the breakfasts, we'd definitely go there again.

Internet is very expensive compared to the...
Internet is very expensive compared to the rest of the hotels. All rooms have beautiful view over the sea. Breakfast is poor but fresh. Staff is very quick and helpfull.

This is an excellent hotel that is...
This is an excellent hotel that is a bargin if you can get the $40 discounty rate. However my 2 critisms would be 1. then internet way to pricy...just go down the street and get it for free in a bar. 2. even if you book a room for 2 you only get breakfast for one in the special rate.

Initially a great deal from the first impression, the lobby and frontage are fantastic, but it ends there. Somehow they forgot to mention that the hotel is being refurbished!!!!
