We stayed there in September 2008 for 4 nights. The hotel overall impression was good. The most appreacite part is the pool, 2 big pools and private beach of the hotel. Location is far away, it is approx. 10km from Pattaya beach! but we drove, so we were ok! Hotel is new, the outlooking of the hotel is very good, but the decoration inside the room was fair, maybe we stayed in a surperior room only, not sure. The front desk service was absolutely poor, we asked for directly to the Zoo, the supervisor at the front desk just said "Look at the travel book in front of you" "You can call and they will tell you the direction" then we asked, could you call for us. She said "we need to charge you for the local phone call" What the hell service it was!! This was the most upset part we feel about this hotel. The hotel rating from me is 3 of out 5 points
