The hotel is quite convenient for going...
The hotel is quite convenient for going to everywhere in Pattaya.
However, it is nearby some beer bars, thus those rooms at lower level will be quite noisy till 2:00am.
I have stayed at upper level, thus the sound did not disturb me.
The air conditioner is also noisy, even turned at low fan mode. Please bring your own tooth stick and paste, hair shampoo and conditioner. No complimentary drink water, you need to buy by your own.
Overall it is a budget hotel, and the staff is quite nice and polite.

I had a great stay at Sawasdee...
I had a great stay at Sawasdee mansion. The room was big and clean upon arrival. Everything you could every need is available in the immediate vacinity and the staff were friendly.
Only negative I can think of is the amount of noise housekeeping make in the early hours of the morning and the fact that the room cleanup everyday only skimmed the surface.
Overall it was a very positive experience and very cheap.

I have only stayed here once, for a week. It was about what I expected from a budget hotel. I had a superior room. It was a big room. I would have liked the sheets and towels to have been of better quality.All in all, not bad for the price. would not stay here again. Would rather pay a little bit more, and get more quality.
