very friendly hotel and nice staff, always happy, rooms clean every day but on first day they put me in a normal room but paid for large one but they did move me at 1pm next day, just watch what you get from bar ?????
Have stayed here several times but would reccomend that customers over 50years old stay in the first 3 floors only!! As there is no lift. Friendly stagg. come again.

Nice place and good price for me .
Only 1 minute walk to the pattaya 2nd road .
The room was clean enough .
Breakfast was not delicious but I think it is enjoyable to find other good caffee or restaurant .
Totaly I was satisfied so much .
Maybe I will stay here next time .
We arrived at 6:00 pm. Nobody brings your luggage to room.
This Hotel has no elevator, so we have to walk to the 5. floor.
The best to say about this Hotel, it is in small quite street, no Bars surroundings.

During check in period start spoil my holiday mood in Pattaya Trip!!!!
Lucky I only spend 1night with my friend at this hotel on Thursday (17/06/2010). I stayed in room 201(Standard room with Fan) and booked the room from www.asiaroom.com.
When we arrived hotel, I might booked the wrong Standard double room with Fan and I need upgrated to Standard double room with Air Cond. I just want to confirm my booking is correct and request the staff to show me my asiaroom booking letter and the staff very rude reject and mention upgrade room need to paid 720Baht. I check the Sawasdee officer website the Standard room with Air-Cond only 520Baht.
The staff need my signature and straight away take my immigration card and said " you sign, if not i never give you back"
How the hotel to be run with this kind of unhonest, rude, bad attitude staff.....
At here, I straightly not recommend this hotel to any of my friend or relatives
