"we had total stay in Baboona for..."
we had total stay in Baboona for 3 weeks total in july and august 2009. We where very supriced about Baboona. We had booked a room with seaview and where stay on the 5th floor.
To walkingstreet its about little half hour walking if you walk normal, but ofcourse you can take a pickup taxi for only 10 bath. About the room; the room is very nice, its sure clean....and the size of the bed is big, and sleep very good. In the room is a cd player and nice television, and a good aircondision The balcon is very nice, it big, and it have two nice chairs to sit, and a table. The view is nice, to the sea.....and beachroad. The bahtroom is clean and big enough.....a big mirror, hairdryer and the shower is very nice. The shower have a handdouche and a big shower, with good warm water. New towel they give every day. Also in the shower there is enough shampoo, condisionor, and showeryell. The toilet works good, and give good water to clean after you go to the toilet. The breakfast is sure good.....you can eat outsite on the terrasse, and its sure clean. If you will have eggs, you can ask for it. Coffee and tea, sure good too. In the hotel there is a room where you can find many books, and there is a fittniss room, all without pay. There is also a spa massage, but i had visit it. The people of the hotel is very friendly, reception, cleaner and all. We sure will stay here again, and if you look for a nice and cheep hotel ......you can sure go to here. We visit many hotels, but qua place, service, room, clean and all.....baboona get from us the first price.

We have defenetely enjoyed our staying in the hotel. Nice clean rooms, friendly personnel, good location, spa and very nice atmosphere overall.
We would defenetely stay there once again and recommend to friends.

DO NOT MISS OUT THIS PLACE!! Check it out, the rooms was big, clean comfortable... espeacially bathroom. This location was perfect for me & all my friends, we like it so much. Price was reasonable!!
too bad, that we didn't really spend time in Pattaya. I would definetely come back to this hotel again for my next trip. Will spend more time Pattaya =D

Location is very nice as near the beach and the room is clean but room no 301 is seaview but I will consider not to use this room because infront of the balcony you will
face electricity circuit. If you stay at higher level than you will have a great seaview. For Budget Traveler it is ok

The room is cozy and clean. The location is really good if you are a beach lover, because the beach is just across the road of the hotel. Like, the beach is just 10 steps
from the hotel entrance. You can also borrow beach towels at no cost. It also offers rents DVDs for free too! Overall, it's good!

"Overall is good at this price point...."
Overall is good at this price point. The most attractive part is the balcony with the terrific seaview (but have to choose the 5th or 6th floor to avoid the view being blocked by the
trees) . The room is good enough for 2 person. The room and balcony is clean and tidy. I am happy that there is hardly any insects at the balcony (which i am really scared and am worried before the stay). The bathroom, however, does not match the overall design and atmosphere of the room. It is just a 2-star motel type and a bit old. The design and atmosphere of the reception and the library is modern and it gives a good first impression when i reach there. The service is however disappointing. The attitude of the receptionist is overall indifferent. In particular, 1 lady (i forgot her name) is of quite poor attitude, she does not bother to answer questions and not even want to give us a map. She has no smile at all. When i asked for a non-smoking room when checked in, she said all rooms are smoking and that it is your luck to have a room that has not been used by a smoker. Of 3 to 4 lady receptionist i have met, only 1 is of good smile and a bit more helpful. Breakfast is not good at all. I dare not eat much as lots of insects gather around the food and juice. I have only taken something hot from the kitchen, yet the taste is below average. I did not take the breakfast the 2nd day and would rather eat it outside. The location is good and convenient. Anyway, it can be a choice for budget travelers and for those who need only a short stay.
