After a long noisy night next to...
After a long noisy night next to the nightclub with no sleep we asked to move rooms and it was much better over the other side of the hotel although the bathroom really smelt and we had to go and buy some air freshner! Breakfast was very poor no tea and food looked like it had been sitting around for ages, not appietising! no restaurant or bar for the evening which was really disappointing. Swimming pool area was really nice but could have done with a bar up there!! Staff were friendly and helpful

I found the hotel excellent but over...
I found the hotel excellent but over priced, also too noisy the music cuming from club a few doors away music went on till 4am like listening to king kongs heart beat. dont see what could be done about the noise, shame as hotel and staff are excellent

Place is a good place for any...
Place is a good place for any single guys/girls looking to stay at a fairly cheap hotel and be only a 10min walk from pattaya beach road!

our stay there was a good one , the only minus was the poor choice for breakfast ...in my opinion to much focused on english visitors and not other forgeiners

What a lovely hotel! The Pool on...
What a lovely hotel! The Pool on the roof was a dream, but I think it would need a bit more shade in the hot season. (Perhaps the parasols were put away to stop them blowing away during the storms?) The Staff were realy helpful, and the girl on the desk has a lovely command of English, (and a wicked sense of humour!). I stayed in a Mini Suite and the facilities and room were everything I expected and more. Centrally located, close to beach rd (10 min walk) Walking Steet (15 mins) & Central Festival 5 Mins. The club next door was a bit confusing, Its called "The Big Door Man Club" didnt know if there was a big doorman, or the club was for men and had a big door! never found out, perhaps the next lucky tourist to stay there will enlighten us?

The photos of the Hotel are to...
The photos of the Hotel are to say a little misleading ,the rooms appear larger than they are , but still manage to accomdate the king size bed well ,plenty of storage space & a larger than normal hotel refrigerator with very well priced beverages & snacks.The bathroom is adequate but watch out for the shower curtain otherwise you may end up flooding the floor.Breakfast is thrown in ,but after trying it once I gave it a wide berth. As for location not to bad however the taxis seem to have a problem locating it ,they do advertise it as being a new hotel also depending on you outlook the hotel is directly opposite a massage parlour but right next to a local Thai restaurant which I can recommend .All in all a good value for money hotel .

Five of my friends and I stayed...
Five of my friends and I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a standard room which was very comfortable with a huge king bed. The bathroom, while it only had a shower, no bathtub, was very roomy. The pool on the roof is a nice addition and is very clean. The location to the main action in Pattaya is a bit out of the way but is only a 5 min drive by taxi or scooter(40 baht)to Walking Street. The only complaint I would have is that the daily breakfast was not very appetizing. All in all very good value for the money.

Room and room size are good but...
Room and room size are good but the view from balcony was very depressing. The hotel is approximately 1 KM from the Pattaya beach but Jomtein beach is very very far from this. The location is good if one wants to be in the Pattaya market but if you are a beach person, you would like to take something near Jomtein beach. The hotel is new. The receptionists were very nice and smiled all the way. Breakfast is not all that great but it is nice. If I go next time, I would like to take some hotel near Jomtein Beach.

Good service, excellent room, bathroom. Only drawback about this place is its location. Though in the heart of the city, but not known to many cabbies..
