wonderful
In my opinion wonderful, cannot give minus rating but would. Room dirty,falling apart,electrics not working. Booked 3 nights ,paid for one night and checked out. Only manager was helpful, rest of staff nightmare.Better hotels in soi 11 for 1000 baht less.

It was a nice stay at the...
It was a nice stay at the hotel. Hotel staff are good and there was no problem as such. Although, the break fast was inclusive in the booking had to pay 400 baht for the first day break fast as names were not entered ( that was quite huge for breakfast). Room service was good. No problem with the guests at all....

Oh dear Oh dear! this hotel could...
Oh dear Oh dear! this hotel could be top class, but is let down by very rude staff and cleaners who have naver been near the resteraunt floor it also says it has a gym which is non existant just like the breakfast, {the russians eat it all and also steal it for lunch} the manager is a very nice guy but he needs to get to grips with the staff.
