Hotel was ok, room was clean and in good condition. Only thing I would say is that the swimming pool is small and if you like to sunbathe you need to get to the pool early as there is only a few sunbeds that get the sun for most of the day and the same people seem to claim these each day.

I am sorry to say that the hotel itself was not up to my expectations. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. It was pretty nasty to see the hairs of the previous guests throughout the room and just made the experience dirty.
Staff was always friendly and nice, then again I have never had an issue with staff in Thailand.
I was charged 50 baht for Scope, odd thing is I never used it, I brought my own, but it was not worth the fight.
They had free internet and DVD players in the rooms which was a plus, but I am not sure if I will stay here again. I might try the other LK Metropole.
Oh one thing the restaraunt where they service the complimentary breakfast was by far the worst I have ever experienced in 8 vists it Thailand and staying at 12 different hotels.
Anyway, maybe my standards hare higher.

For me, the hotel was just what I wanted. Down points are: A little too pricey for Pattaya and could do with a seperate shower in the bathroom. The bath has very high sides in the Superior room which could cause problems for little people. Also could do with a little cuttlery & crockery as there is a small kitchen area. Cherry restaurant is too expensive.
Good points: Very helpful & friendly service. Clean with very comfortable bed. Secure. No joiner fee. Great TV & sound system in room (don't forget your USB adapter for you ipod or MP3)
I didn't have any problem with noise in my room on 5th floor (During Songkran)
I will stay again definately & would even take the family.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was large and everything in it was new and clean. Bathroom was fantastic including its own spa!!!!. Best value for money hotel i have stayed in anywhere in Thailand. Will definately stay here again and recommend this place to fellow travellers

my second visit to this hotel. Good , friendly service,well appointed rooms, central location though a little noisy being as it is opposite the open bars. I had a 'studio room' which is big enough for one but has only a bath, no shower.

For his price its a very good hotel. I give it real 5 stars.The superior room was big and everything I needed was there. I was happy there and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. I had a great stqy in this hotel and I shell sure go back when I travel again to Pataya.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks, August 2008. Deluxe room, excellent for the price. Decent pool with sauna and steam room. Nice and clean. Room service not the best. Guest friendly.
