Pleasant place in the center of Pattaya
People at reception have always been friendly and professional.
The room is big and confortable including free wifi.
When I requested one additional towel it was provided quickly.
I was never bothered by the cleaning staff who took good care of the room every day.
The street in which the hotel stands is quite busy with many ladies bars and a lot of music at night; anyway from my room which was on the other side I didn't have any noise.
Breakfast wasn't bad but I felt that done differently it could be better.

Great Hotel
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at LK. Booked on internet and not disappointed at all. Would highly recommend suit room. Off second road but close to entertainment and restrurants. Suit rooms very good size. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Every time I travel to Pattaya Thailand for business, I choose this hotel for two reasons. The quality of service and the room. This hotel offers expensive hotel service at an inexpensive rate.

Great location. right in the centre of the nightlife and shopping, but quiet in the hotel its self, so best of both. Nice hotel, expensive for what it is though. Should be 30% cheaper, then it would get top marks. Staff are very helpful and friendly. On the whole I would recommend this hotel.

This is the best hotel I stayed...
This is the best hotel I stayed in Thailand this trip. The breakfast was was very tasty, the room was big and well maintained. There is a very cheap and good restaurant at the end of the soi on second road. There is also a fantastic place to play pool directly opposite the hotel. The only people that wouldn't like this place are those that want to be close to the beach.

Being a newly wed couple things were...
Being a newly wed couple things were just great. The service,facilities and the amenities were all great.The staff did everything that was asked of them to accommadate you.I would recommend this hotel to anyone and most definitely would stay there again.Thank you LK Renaissance Hotel family because that's exactly the way you made me and my wife feel "like family ".

Hotel was ok, room was clean and...
Hotel was ok, room was clean and in good condition. Only thing I would say is that the swimming pool is small and if you like to sunbathe you need to get to the pool early as there is only a few sunbeds that get the sun for most of the day and the same people seem to claim these each day.

I am sorry to say that the...
I am sorry to say that the hotel itself was not up to my expectations. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. It was pretty nasty to see the hairs of the previous guests throughout the room and just made the experience dirty. Staff was always friendly and nice, then again I have never had an issue with staff in Thailand. I was charged 50 baht for Scope, odd thing is I never used it, I brought my own, but it was not worth the fight. They had free internet and DVD players in the rooms which was a plus, but I am not sure if I will stay here again. I might try the other LK Metropole. Oh one thing the restaraunt where they service the complimentary breakfast was by far the worst I have ever experienced in 8 vists it Thailand and staying at 12 different hotels. Anyway, maybe my standards hare higher.
