Luckily for me, I stayed during the red shirts protesting so nobody wanted to go to Thailand, meaning I got my double room for half price at THB 3,300 per night and the hotel was relatively empty.
The room was airy, modern and clean and is very similar to a double room at the Majestic Grande in Bangkok.
I didn't buy breakfast, but did buy lunch at the restaurant, which is pricey with the quality of food just being fine and to be honest, food at bigger name restaurants on Walking Street are cheaper and just as good.
The location is ideal if you like South Pattaya and Walking Street, but the nearest shopping centre is Royal Garden Plaza, so you will need to get a baht bus to get there as you'll get cooked in the heat if you try to walk there during the day time. Personally the Central Festival Shopping centre is better, but further away.
I'd only consider staying here again if I get the same price or lower as I don't think this hotel is worth more than THB 3,000 a night.
