Hotel is a little old
Nice place, right beside Central Pattaya plaza. Easily accessible by mini van service which run from victory monument in Bangkok. about 15 minutes walk to Pattaya walking street. There was mosquito in room where I stayed.

there was ants crawling everywhere in room when you tell front office about this all you get is moment please and thats it nothing else when i asked for my complimentary bottled water they actually told me theyd run out the room actually had mould all over the bathroom overall better off staying at a backpackers would not recommend this hotel to my enemy absolute ly hopeless staff
and crappiest most run down rooms ive seen only thing going for it was location
would never stay here again even if they paid me too

Just divine - exquisite. Pattaya may not...
Just divine - exquisite. Pattaya may not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you're staying there, Siam Bayview is the way to do it.
Hotel staff are beyond hospitable. You can't help but smile with every shoe click as you pass them or enter/exit the elevator. Room was very comfortable, bed more comfy that our own.
The setting of this hotel has the feeling you're well away from the hustle and bustle of it all, but walk/ride a few metres and you're in the heart if the craziness.
I give this experience a 10/10. Faultless.
