a bit out off the way
When you look on the Agoda map this hotel looks to be half way down Jomtien beach Rd (about 7km long) but dont get this confused because it half way down the the bay which is about 10-12 km long. They only advertise their area as MOO 12 but this covers a large area. They should say they are 50 metres south of Soi 16 and it would be much easier to locate them. There is not much around them in the way of shops. 7 eleven or money exchanges etc.
I felt I had been misled on the location and had I known soi 16 i would have worked out that they were 5-6km down the road and I would not have book there. I mentioned it to the manager and she only smiled. Its a bit out of the way but if you got your own transport then its not too bad
The baht bus would only take us as far as soi 14 and dumped us and we had to walk the last 700 metres with case and hand luggage.
They said they had wi fi but on level 1, 2 ,4 ,5 the signal is very poor all the time. Always had a problem with a network key which the hotel said was their password but my laptop never worked their, yet it worked in 3 other hotels in Thailand. Not many guest around and when we left only 2 others for breakfast. Because of low occupancy I suspect they did not want us using internet.
Food was no problem and their sandwich was huge. Swimming design was crappy. Tacked onto the side of the building and no room for deck chairs for sunbathing .Think they should drop the word resort from their name.

We had plans to stay originally for three nights. But after our nice time there, we decided to stay for two more. The location was very nice. Just over the road right on the beach, and an 8 minute Songthow (open taxi) ride to the shops of Jomtien. The staff was helpful and always smiling.
The breakfast was a bit under par, as the selection was limited. Although we will recommend this nice new hotel to everyone.

If you're looking for a party place, this isn't it. Howver, it's got a small pool that is new and clean. The hotel is directly across from the beach with some decent restaurants within walking distance. Basic hotel with lots of local guests. Breakfast was very Thai, but since it was included in the price I paid, it was nothing to complain about. I'd go back if I could get another promotional rate.

Never enough cutlery available, always had to ask for more.
Health and safety not to UK standards.
Building work next door started at 6.30am! No apologies from Hotel to help smooth feelings.
Attention to detail required by hotel management, only two star in my mind.

We loved room and bathroom facilities. It is a very modern hotel, much better than your average hotel room. The staff there were friendly and helpful.
We only stayed for one night. We would have stayed longer, if the swimming pool was bigger and there were more space for sunbathing around the pool.
Overall, it is a very good hotel and definitely good value for money.
