Poor Customer Service
I was stay there for 2 days, No Intercom available there, Room light not working properly and most important thing is that room air conditioning system is out of Order Room-103, Complain several times to Front desk Attendance but no result. Sorry to say that this is very poor customer service. No any compensation for there poor service.
Excellent location right on Walking Street and close to terminus for taxis. Several good value laundries nearby. One laundry right opposite the hotel. Free internet for hotel guests in the restaurant. Of course the downside being right in the middle of the nightlife is the noise but that comes with the territory. To me, the location is the most important thing but if you prefer the quiet life Jomtien or North Pattaya are options. While this isn't the cheapest of hotels, I thought the price including breakfast (expect very basic breakfast) and with the view overlooking the sea and Beach Road pretty good indeed. While some of the reservation staff can be a tad sharp in manner, as always and especially in Thailand,a smile goes a long way towards smoothing your relations with people. This is a 2/3 star hotel. Expect fairly basic and you won't be too disappointed.

Although room a bit tired looking they were in process of some refurb clean enough and basic, breakfast ok! Staff pleasant enough! ideal location for Walking Street just around the corner,no noise, and the beach 5 mins walk away, all you could ask not far from there!
