Excellent Villas, Good Location.
I would recommend this Hotel. It is in a quiet location in Jomtien Beach, easy reach of the beach.
The Villas are completely private with their own pool and garden and a 7-foot high wall all around. The staff are excellent and respect the privacy of the guests.
I would certainly go here again.

Jomtien
The villa itself was absolutely lovely with private tropical garden and pool. The reception was very unwelcoming and when I was asked to pay they said did I have cash?? Well no, I don't have vast amounts of foreign currency on me for a holiday. So I just left it and nobody hassled me about it till check out and again was asked for cash.
There was no phone in the villa to communicate with the office, so had to walk there whenever there was something wrong. Only 2 small bottles of water a day (it says 4 complimentary on the mini bar list!) After mentioning this it was aid only 2!?
The breakfast was included and when we went to the pool side for breakfast, there was fruit, cold tea and cold coffee. Nobody there to welcome us or to tell us what was for breakfast. Eventually we got fried eggs, bacon and sausages, jam&toast. No choice.We didn't bother after that.
The bath/shower was covered in mold & filth and was revolting. When I showed the cleaners they said to go to office. By this time I had given up all hope that anyone cared and tried to make the best of my holiday.
