Good rooms but dont go on the low levels

Nice hotel. I was there beforand booked it again coz i liked it. But last time I had a high level (floor 7 or 8). That was perfect with a nice view and more important it was quiet.
Now they put me on the 2nd floor. Under me was a water machine that, when it started working sounds like a war was starting and it ended after 15 minutes with the same experience.. as if a gun was fired. How can they build like this. And on the corridor always had cleaning people wit walkie talkies. They thnk you have to clean too. Very loud, while it is not necessary.
When they solve this propblems it is one of the best hotels for the price.. (Book at asianrooms, that offers you at least 10% discount compared with the hotel price...

2011 RTW trip.

This is a modern 10 storey hotel in a quiet Soi off Pattaya Beach Road.
My 4th Floor room had no outlook and faced a gable end of a nearby similar building with a couple of noisy air condioners on each level.
The bathroom had not been provided with adequate ventilation to the adjoining passage, which should be fixed by the owner with an extractor fan.

Great staying

Great location and price. The rooms are clean and tidy. Just few minutes walk to the famous Walking street and all the other amenities. Also enjoyed the top floor jacuzzi. I will stay there again .

Only for barhoppers

good location - but after the barclosings around 2:30 AM for the nites I spent there quite loud in the hallways and nobody from the Hotel, who would tell the loud guest to be considerate of others.

Congratulations, but with certain precautions.

Given that I was granted the requested room (with view discrete), and the hotel staff is immediately and for as long as the stay, friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, only the cleaning of the room were not made in an optimal way, meaning forgetfulness of species with low sweeping and washing floors, although the writer left a daily tip the staff. That said I still think me quite happy and be booking the next holiday in Thailand in the same accommodation.

An excellent hotel.

Excellent accomodation at a good price. Very close to the bus station, but well away from the water or beaches, if that's your primary interest. Also close to local night food market and other traditional eateries. Off the tourist track (and associated amenities/night life), which may not suit some, but closer to the real Phuket.
