Terrible hotel
Where to sart really, reception are staff useless couldnt find our details and couldnt get there internet to work in there reception so they demanded 4500 baht rudely, i could keep maoning about them but i dont wanna sit here for 3hrs writing.
The room, nothing worked, broken sink, aircon couldnt dropp below 23.5 and noisy dvd player didnt work again the internet didnt work, they will also supply you with a list incas you break something all the charges are there,never seen this in a hotel before,Pool staff extreamly rude in the main hotel, i ordered 2 fruit drinks and was barked at instantly for Baht took me 5mins after repeaeted attempts to charge to our room,The beach is the dirtest ive ever seen , ok i know in pattaya its it bit rough but this is the roughest ive ever seen so dirty, dogs walking around bottles on the beach and general waste everywhere, we have been in thailand for 1 month moving around 4-5 star hotels and were at the end of our trip(hilton and sheraton are very nice) and never experienced such a bad hotel EVER across the world. Shame, might look nice on the pictures but dont be decived if you stay here i promise you, you will feel like your in the middle of nowhere at the hotels mercy and will hate the experience.

We stayed at the Villa. I love the room. Big room with 2 twin beds ( 1 single bed and 1 queen bed). This hotel also provide a very nice swimmming pool. Unfortunately, the staff are not well trained.# When I check out and complain to them that the pillow case is stink, the front office girl just look at me and didn't say sorry or any words she should say.# When I ordered water from the swimming pool, the boy immediately told me the water is 30 bath. This is quite rude because this is 5 star hotel, 30 baht for a bottle of water is a minor for a guest who can afford to stay at the 5 star hotel.

Over all decoration is quite good as well as the landscape and any facilities . Breakfast was dilicious and many sets to select.
But first bad impression thing when we came to the villa is how to deal with the customer on mail booking.
the front told us that confirmation from asia room booking was mistaken since we had booked late night and room not avaiable already though we got the reservation number. They tried to send us to another place nearby instead but we insisted if they couldnt solve the problem we would call asia room agent .
About 2 hours they could manage and got us 3 room at villa as first they insisted all were full.
Good luck when we saw the room made us feel better and forgot all the irritating thing.

The villa&hotel location is not good.
It's far apart from the downtown city. And there is not enough environment to see and eating. In Pattaya there is no public transfortation like bus or taxi etc.
So when I want to go to the downtown it takes a lot of money to pay truck taxi(4wd). In case of foreign visitor in Pattaya the driver suggest expensive price .
Staff of the resort was so so. They do not understand English well. Communication is poor. The breakfast is not various and taste is also so so.
There was a dirty spot in the mirror, and bath tub was a little broken. And air-conditioner is very noisy.
It was very irritating. There are also many mosquitoes.
In swimming pool, there were some bugs on the surface of the water.
