Amazingly Luxurious Condo!
There was a group of 6 of us that stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. The condo was absolutely amazing with one bedroom on the ground level and two on a mezzanine floor. Each bedroom had an ensuite and the lounge area had floor to ceiling windows which let in lots of natural light. Self contained kitchen and lovely dining table for six underneath a crystal chandelier. The condo was fully air-conditioned and the swimming pool was huge! Overall the service was excellent, but it really depended on who was working on the day. The male employees had better english and were very friendly and helpful. The women weren't so great. Somkit and Ton were great and looked after us very well, helping us book tours and transport. Location was quiet convenient, about a 10 minute car ride to walking street and central Pattaya, it was nice to be a little bit secluded from all the hustle & bustle. Hotel offers a free shuttle service which was very convenient. Breakfast was ok. They have a menu that you can order from which is great but the buffet isn't that great..just a few selections of fruit, salads and pastries which weren't so fresh. There is another separate restaurant that caters for room service as well. That was very nice - good servings. Rooms were very clean and made up everyday. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for an apartment as opposed to a hotel room - we will definitely be coming back here! Oh free internet as well!
Very average package
Checked, given a key however also needed a card, which check in neglected to supply. Advertised internet access, logged on, down, called reception, sorry too much, tried again next morning logged on went to breakfast came back and my home page was not yet open. Had a shower could not turn the water off, plumbers had to come and isolate the whole room for one hour. Breakfast is very forgetable. This experience in a suite room heavily advertised was very mediocre. The buildings are condo's that maybe can not sell for whatever reason. The pool is nice. Out of 10, been kind, a big 4.
