We arrived at the hotel at 2pm...
We arrived at the hotel at 2pm for check in, however, the room was not ready and we were kept waiting for over an hour. The reception staff were very polite and explained the facilities clearly, we were then offered a complimentary white tea drink while we waited.
The location of the hotel is not convenient, it is stated they are 500 meters from the beach but the beach is not accessible from any direction due to construction. The road the resort is down is very long and takes a good 10 minutes walk to reach the main road where you can get transport in to pattaya town.
The swimming pool is large and very clean, the food prices surprisingly high. You can eat the same foods offered by the resort in the main town for 50% less.
The rooms are large, we booked 2 of them as 4 of us were traveling there and the size was good, they do not look like in the pictures and are quite bare with little tiny flat screen Tv's and poorly fitted sheets on the beds, the view from the large balcony was of the road outside, but its a quiet road so that was fine. The bathroom is basic but clean with bath tubs that are too small for most people.
We were told it was a pay in advance booking and that was also stated in the booking reference, however upon departure we were informed that it is not pre-payment and were asked to make payment then.
The resort overall is quiet and clean, the staff very polite and presentable, I would not recommend this resort for those who want anything other the peace and isolation. Would ideally suit senior travelers or those who do not wish to explore the city area.
Overall we would not stay at the resort again as it is not really like in the photos or description which was very disappointing, we have stayed at hotels in the city many times before that cost less but offered more.
