Good Value!

The rooms are not big but they are quite good value as they are clean and have all that you need. Nobody bothers you here. The in-room Wi-Fi internet is quite fast and doesn't drop out as often happens in some other places. Chris the Swiss owner is very friendly, easy going and accommodating. All in all a positive experience.

we arrive at Same Same on March,14 and meet the owner Chris who is Swiss.He is friendly and helpful.The place is close to Beach,shoping centre and not far from night life area.We book 3 night but stay longer.Thanks

Good location, clean and quiet.
Have to pass through the beuty saloon to get to the room. This close at 22.00, but you will get a key to the front door, so you can let yourself in if you are late.
No hassle and friendly staff.
Easy to find with a big sign board.

Pictures do not match with reality. The place has a hairdresser at the entrance, which doesn't bother me, but there's no place to stay around and, for instance, try to catch the WiFi (in my room there was no WiFi reception :(
The place is ok but if you look for budgetx there are better places.

Great Little Hotel

When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner. He carried my bags to my room and showed me how everything worked and said that a good holiday for me was all that was important. The room was super clean and for $31 a night was more than I expected for a new years week.

A very kindly and clean home for holyday.
Low cost for high season visitors.
You get more than you pay.
Quality by Swiss ownner and very kindly family.

very good value for money

Good sized room, decent bathroom, clean, good service. Within walking distance of beach and entertainment. The only thing a bit weird is walking through a hair salon on the way to your room. But very good value for money. I would stay there again.

For the price of 500bt a night,...

For the price of 500bt a night, you get a good sized room with free wifi, ample hot water, quiet room, fridge, cable TV and daily room maintenance. Absolute gem of a place! I am a single lady travelling alone and had never felt safer. Wonderful location. Far enough from the crowds and near enough to everything else. The beach is an 8-minute slow walk directly down the road. Jungceylon Shopping Centre is also a short 10-minute walk. However, access to the room is by stairs and will be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or if mobility is an issue for you. Great place overall.
