Great Value
Seeka hotel is good value for the money Only downsize is about 5 minutes from the main shopping area Tuk Tuk is 200 Bht no negoitiation
Does not sound much but you make about 4 trips a day
Hotel has bus that runs to main strip so plan what time you leave hotel
Breakfast was excellent Overall very good value for the money spent

Good value for Patong area, away from the noisiest areas, but within walking distance of centre and beach (20-30 min).

It was a pleasure and great experience of the hospitality accomodation with good expectation and satisfaction! 100% value for money.
First time in phuket
Basically it is a friendly environment in seeka...staffs are friendly n help us in all arrangement. Quite clean except they might need to do something about the mosquitos!

Good value for money.Handy to Patong. Had a little trouble with the aircondition.sometimes alittle smelly when starting up.Construction going on in the complex. On top of the roof there is some type of water machine which makes a noise which can be annoying.In saying that I was alittle sick.The staff were very good. Clean and tidy. Good size swimming pool.Cheap at this time of year.

The stay at Seeka Boutique was great....
The stay at Seeka Boutique was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a warm smile. The pool area is beautiful especially when they have the waterfall turned on. The breakfast was not too tasty, it was just okay. Rooms were decorated in a nice Thai style. Bathroom looked nice too. My only complaint was the broken toilet seat but it didn't bother me much. The price was great and I would definitely stay here again.
