It was a fantastic holiday thanks to the staff holiday inn. They were as to accommodate to every needs or wants from either my girlfriend or myself. Would not hesitate making the be t holiday at any holiday inn.
Holiday inn is in great location as we have stayed at the merlin beach before and it was a bit out of patong.our room was in the Busakorn wing but never had a pool view which was a little dissapointing.
We had a fabulous time in Phuket, and Holiday Inn lived up to our expectations in being family friendly. We spent 3 nights at the hotel, which had spacious rooms and friendly staff. There were 6 kids in our group age ranging between 3 and 7, and there was something for everyone. There was a wading pool for the small ones and a slightly bigger pool with a slide for the older kids. A variety of poolside activities e.g. volleyball, water balloons at various times of the day also kept them duly occupied. There was also a kids club where kids could hang out (playing X-box, taking part in activities with minders, art and craft etc) while the adults shopped or simply chilled out. Patong beach is a stone's throw away. All in all, it was a fantastic break, and we would recommend it to friends/families with young children.
Perfect hotel
This hotel ticks all the boxes for groups, couples and families.staff are particularly good with children. Food is fantastic and location could not be better. Fronts beach and other side fronts nitelife. Great shopping at your door. Don't miss half price cocktails 5 to 8 pm.I can be a bit picky but can't find anything wrong with Holiday Inn. Will be back next year for sure with extended family.
Great Hotel and Location!
Very convenient to move around to shopping malls, beaches, etc..Great place to stay for holidays!
We stayed at Holiday Inn for 4 nights and love the hotel. The hotel is recommended for family, very family orientated. For our trip back to Phuket, we will go back and stay at Holiday Inn Resort again.
Good recommendation for Family...
Nice place but "double standard"
Holiday Inn is a nice hotel to stay in, i don't knw bout the old wing, we booked 2 rooms and were in the busakorn wing for 4d/3n...spacious room, clean and comfortable beds, good a/c and loved the breakfast (very elaborate)...only down side is i feel they are more courteous towards the europeans as compared to asians..they would wish them good morning and how are you today or how may i help you but when they see us asians, its just a nod and a smile...haiz....
We stayed at a superior room and it came with a sofa that was big enough to be converted into a bed for our 5yo daughter, which was excellent. The kids club room was a bit on the small side but the pools were great. We also stayed at Laguna Beach Resort but we enjoyed Holiday Inn a lot more.
