Get what you pay for. Room was...
Get what you pay for. Room was fine. Amenities good, pool nice. Staff (mostly kitchen) well below average. If option for bed and breakfast- opt no breakfast. Not quite sure what each food item was , but latex looks tastier. Not our best hotel experience.

We stay in the Delux room. The...
We stay in the Delux room. The room was Facing the pool. Pretty nice place and the group of us love the room we got. The food at the cafe could be better and you can probably get cheaper just out side. Location is pretty good a 7-11 is near and snacks are easily avaliable. All in all the room is great and clean.

I came in the Thai new year...
I came in the Thai new year (water festival) which is april 13th. The water festival in phuket is only one day.Hotel location is excellent, facility is very good. I recommened this hotel if you want to stay in Patong beach.

I love this hotel. This hotel...
I love this hotel. This hotel has a lovely pool that is a lot of fun. The breakfast bar is incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are well kept and facilities well maintained. I would definitley stay again.

I found the hotel service is good...
I found the hotel service is good but still can be improve further. Particular the front desk which can be more polite & assist or escalate the customer needs to manager or supervisor if unable solve the issue.

Hotel was in a great position with...
Hotel was in a great position with plenty of restaurants and shopping at the doorstep. Beach was only a 5 minute walk away. The pool was great especially for kids and the staff very helpful with any special requests.

We stayed in a standard room at this hotel in July 2009 for 1 week. The room was overlooking the main road which was ok, but this part of the hotel is very run down and old. The bathroom wasn't very clean, however you get what you pay for, but we did expect a little better. The pool area is beautiful, but there is no atmosphere either there or at the restaurant, so there was never anyone around, they all went out.Breakfast was really bad, and always cold, nothing was ever hot. The location is quite good.

Check in nice and friend. On the booking I asked for late checkout due to the flight time, I was asked to pay 1020bath for the extra time (6pm), we moved to new location paying only 500bath for the some period. We where denied room visit even for an hour unless we payed a extra 500bath,that not including extra bed, towel or any amenities. My room mate payed the extra on 2 occasion,I wasn't in the room.I have traveled in various cantries over many years never encontered such ostilities,I work in the hotel industry and we even provide extra chairs,towel for our guest on request friends allowed any time to visit at no charge.
