If you have to stay in Phuket...
If you have to stay in Phuket Town it is a good hotel to stay in. Facilities very good as was the service.

The room was perfectly adequate and offered good value for money. The only disappointment was I could not get internet access with my laptop from my room. Their engineer spent nearly an hour trying to fix it and was helpful but not successful. They charge quite a lot for wi-fi (400 baht for 24 hours I think) but I ended up using a great internet cafe nearby and did everything I needed to do for about 20 baht!
Quite a good sellection of items at their breakfast buffet which is served on the top floor with good views over the town and the sea.

you better stay at the beach side - for phuket town and that hotel is no ranking possible.

Overall the staffs are sweet and friendly. I like the gym as well. The room is comfortable enough for normal stay. The surrouding of the hotel is quiet at night and it is about 20 minutes walk from the location of the shopping malls.

Location of Hotel is good, lot's of sightseeing can be done around the vicinity of hotel. Across the road is the Bus station, which can provide direct link to Airport and beaches. Motorbike taxis are also available. Room comes with Wi-fi ready (only a little steep at 400 baht for 1 day). Breakfast is good with restaurant at 19th Floor commanding a panoramic view of the city. Nightlife is not as execiting as Patong but there are a couple of good local pubs at Thavern, Yaowarat Road & not forgetting T2 (beside Metropole Hotel) which is very popular with the local youngster. Shopping for souveniers is also cheaper here compared with Patong.

The breakfast is good... a lot of choice.. and the view is nice... and see the mostly view of Phuket town...can see the sea and mountain... it is near to bus terminal.. very convenient to take a public bus to Patong Beach... near by also have few shopping mall and expo... you can shop for dress and shoes....
Anyone who want to stay at Phuket...
Anyone who want to stay at Phuket Town, You should stay at this hotel ! Very famous and quite convenience. And more...,This hotel offer 30% discount of spa treatment for hotel guest !!!
However, if you intend to visit the Phuket famous beaches, don't stah here but at Patong Beach ... as it's far from Phuket Town !
