I would not hesitate in recommending the...
I would not hesitate in recommending the Dusit Laguana to anyone who is looking for a resort which offers outstanding service and facilities. My wife and I had an most enjoyable stay and will certainly return and hopefully spend a little more time as the 4 nights were just too short. We left Dusit to spend 3 nights on Phi Phi Island, a trip we could have done without, 1 night on Phi Phi would have been more than enough. Dusit Laguna has excellent facilities to keep us occupied during our stay and is well maintained, serviced,and clean.

I previously stayed at the JW MArriot...
I previously stayed at the JW MArriot in Phuket so I had very high expectations. After I booked the Dusit I read some recent reviews on another website and based on these reviews I was very tempted to cancel my booking and reserve rooms the Marriot. I am glad I didn't. The Dusit was a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. We had six nights there which wasn't enough to explore the other hotels in the complex. We did pass them whilst out on Kayaks and cycling and they looked very nice though not as well located as the Dusit which was directly on the beautiful beach. We ate in the which was nice though expensive. We also ate in a couple of restaurants outside the complex. I would especially recommend the Bluebelll Restaurant just outside the complex which was good for food and drink. Say hi to Abb for me!

The hotel was very pleasant, with good...
The hotel was very pleasant, with good service and location. The room size was good and the breakfasts were good. The beach outside was lovely, with lots of nice places to eat well-priced, delicious Thai food. The lunch menu at the hotel was nothing special and the service a little slow (although we were there over busy easter period) so would recommend eating at the thai places at the beach.

Very nice hotel.....excellent service and rooms very well decorated. Location rather quiet and a little far away from any outside entertainment. Good for elder couples. Beach is good but somewhat steep for little children. The grounds of the hotel are splendid under the palmtrees. Restaurants are good but not exceptional.

Fabulous Hotel stayed last year and this...
Fabulous Hotel stayed last year and this year was equally perfect. Hotel rooms being renovated and by next year all will be complete so then they truely will be perfect. Staff helpful friendly and hospitable Phuket and the Dusit Laguna a wonderful holiday

Dusit Laguna Phuket, is a fabulous...
Dusit Laguna Phuket, is a fabulous hotel who's staff are definitely one of their best assests. Nothing is to much trouble for them and whilst the rooms from 341 onwards need upgrading and are not 5* at the moment upgrade is planned for 2008 and they are still to a very high standard of cleanliness. The pool area and beach are just perfect.
