We stayed there for 6 nights, the resort surroundings are good, but there are some weak points as follows :
1. All room types (beach front, seaview & pond view) are the same, only the facing is different, so no need to book beach front or seaview, just book pond view to save your money.
2. Breakfast is 3 stars' breakfast, nothing can eat except fruits & bread, be remember that you will have your breakfast with many flies. (& some small insects)
3. Dusit Laguna would send your personal details to other resort (such as Laguna Holiday Club, the sixth resort in Laguna group), so some sales in this resort would make you a phone call to disturb you often. I think they must keep clients' information well and don't let anybody knows, except they have clients' agreement.
4. At night no safe-guards in public area, and no lights, so be careful about that.
5. Services are the worst, operator disappear, bell boy send your luggage to other rooms, no staffs around swimming pool area to serve you.
We have been in Phuket many times, we will go to Phuket again but not to Laguna's resorts again, since there far away from pier, far away from Patong, far away from Big C, Lotus, & Central. From there to some main places, you need your own car and you need to drive at least half hour to reach the main places, and the main point is it doesn't worth it, I can stay more other better resorts in this room rate.
