Very pleased with this hotel, staff and the services. The value of this resort was excellent, along with the perfect private beach away from Patong Beach. Staff is very good, rooms clean, and the vaule can not be beaten.
Usually, I stay at Four Seasons Resorts and this was suggested, very happy. There were no large groups or kids, mostly adults and the staff informed me they were at 100% occupancy. We will go back again next year.

excellent hotel with good facilities for children.Restaurants expensive but some meals can be eaten at patong as it costs 10 bahts one way to reach there and takes 5 mins.It has best beach in phuket comparable to the beaches even in french rivieria.All in all a exceptional hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and am returning for a 5th time late Oct early Nov,my friend and I travel the world alot and this is the first time we have stayed at a hotel more than twice!!! I think that is all you can say about this fabulous resort.The staff are outstanding,have never found anything you can complain about

Resort facilities are fabulous! Restaurants serve wonderful, scrumptious food at very good prices. Having your own beach is heavenly! The rooms were very disappointing. Our room was a standard garden suite which was in desperate need of renovation. Old and worn out carpet, out dated decor and light fittings and bathroom. Our friends had a pool view and the room was the same. Their child was under 12 and they had to pay extra for his breakfast which was supposed to be included. I would stay there again if I had a room which I felt was worth the amount of money they charge.

This is the best hotel my family has stayed in. The rooms were very clean, the staff were always helpful and the turndown service at night was extra special. The breakfast was delicious and the resturants were all first class. When in Phuket I would not stay anywhere else but the Le Meridien. It is perfect.

They gave me an update to a ocean view room which was great. I loved the hotel and would recommend it. There's plenty to do - tennis, fitness center, small golf driving range, etc and it's all free. The restaurants at the premises were very good and the staff are extremely nice. The baby elephant walking around the pool is TOO cute!

Great for families: secure beach that is separated from the masses of Patong beach, nice pools for kids (even though we thought a slide was lacking) good, and free, kids club, good baby-sitter service, no charge when small kids eat with parents. Excellent restaurants with a great variety of foods and even prices. The more often you eat at the restaurants for over Baht 600 for food items the cheaper your meals become (from 5% to 30% discounted).

think this hotel is the best hotel in the world. Everything was perfect in the hotel. Restaurants and swimming pools were excellent. And the location of the hotel was ideal.

Beautiful hotel, facilities and friendly staff. Has a very "resort" feel, the hotel has everything you need, no reason to leave. Ocean view was amazing from the room. We would recommend this hotel to friends.
